Providing Results

There's always a risk when you hire an outside company to provide public relations services for your organization. So many variables!  Do they have the proper skills, can you work successfully with them, and will you get your money's worth?

I understand. I've managed a number of marketing and communications departments and have partnered with many outside experts to achieve my department's ambitious goals and objectives on time and on budget -- with no ugly surprises on the final invoice.

Luckily, I was privileged to work side-by-side with a number of talented experts, well versed in the best practices of the day.  They taught me that the key to obtaining results is something we're all expert at -- good communication. It's the cornerstone of any successful relationship.

Before I begin work on your project, I'll meet with you and your key stakeholders to understand your needs, your business, your expectations, and above all, the public relations challenge you're confronting. I'll ask questions and I'll listen.

I know it's essential that any work I perform is integrated with your department's broader goals and objectives.  We're not working in isolation. Whatever we do together must mesh perfectly with your organization's long term objectives.

I always clearly outline the scope of the work you'd like me to perform and I won't begin until you're comfortable with the terms. We'll come up with a plan and I'll work closely with you to execute it  I know you have a budget that you have to manage carefully. That's why my final invoice will always match my quotation. I insist on that.

My primary focus is to professionally assist you in enhancing your organization's profile and achieve measurable results.  Consider me an extension your department -- someone who cares about your organization, your clients and respects the important work you do.
